“What a space!”
Guests’ reactions at the reopening of Grand Café De Klok in Eibergen said it all. A dated café had become a warm, contemporary venue that retained its authentic character.
Three separate rooms were opened into one generous space. Sliding partitions allow it to be divided for simultaneous activities: dining at the front, meetings in the middle and a party or wedding at the rear, without disturbing one another.
Natural materials, warm colours and carefully considered daylight balance character with comfort. The interior feels open and welcoming while retaining an intimate atmosphere.
De Klok shows how thoughtful spatial design and a strong identity can give an existing venue new life, with the flexibility to suit every part of the day.
